Durian on the farm

Our usual durian season runs from mid-June to early July. Walk among the trees, learn about cultivation and ask about fresh tastings. Cottage guests receive special durian rates.

We grow Musang King, Golden Phoenix, IOI and Black Thorn, alongside Pandan coconut, Lohan guava, rambutan, jackfruit, cempedak, ciku, mango, mangosteen, longan and lychee—even a coffee plant.

Before your visit

Good to know

Are pets welcome?

Yes. Cottages charge RM20 per pet. Keep pets leashed and supervised, clean up after them, and keep noisy or aggressive behaviour under control. Do not leave pets unattended in cottages, vehicles or around the farm.

Pets must be house-trained; use a pet diaper indoors if needed. No pets on beds, sofas or other furniture. Clean accidents immediately and inform the housekeeper, Pak Yantor. Odours, stains or damage may incur a cleaning fee of at least RM50.

Are there farm dogs?

Seven friendly dogs roam the property. Introduce your pet slowly and calmly, keep it on a leash, and watch interactions closely, especially at the first meeting.

Where can we eat?

Zephyr Kitchen & Bar 临湖·园 is on the farm, serving Thai fusion dinners with occasional live music until 11:30 PM. Alley Bites Cafe is a two-minute drive away for local coffee and breakfast. More shops, malls, cafés and restaurants are about five minutes away by car.

What should we pack?

Bring insect repellent, a torch, closed-toe walking shoes, sunscreen, your toothbrush and toothpaste, chargers, and games or books. Towels, shampoo and body gel are provided. Bring food, snacks and your own cooking equipment; a fridge, microwave and kettle are available.

How do we book and pay?
  1. Contact us on WhatsApp to check your dates.
  2. Complete the CH Durian Farmstay Reservation Form and make full payment.
  3. Wait for our booking confirmation.

A refundable RM100 Touch ’n Go deposit is due at least three days before check-in. It is returned within two working days after check-out if everything is in good condition.

What if our plans change?

Bookings are non-refundable. Request date changes at least 14 days before check-in; changes depend on availability and carry a 10% administration fee.

What are the farm rules?

Explore at your own risk: paths may be uneven or slippery, and fruit may fall during durian season. Wear closed-toe shoes, supervise children at all times and put rubbish in the bins provided. Do not pick or collect durians without a host or staff member accompanying you.
