3. Payment & submission

Your booking is confirmed only after confirmation from the host. If we are unable to confirm your booking, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Payment and booking terms

Once confirmed by the host, bookings are non-refundable. If the host cannot confirm your booking, any payment received will be refunded in full. Date changes require at least 14 days’ notice, are subject to availability and carry a 10% administration fee. A separate refundable RM100 Touch ’n Go security deposit is due at least three days before check-in and is returned within two working days after check-out if everything is in good condition.

Submitting does not instantly reserve the dates. The host will review your payment and contact you.
